XIAMETER MEM-0039 Emulsion
Overview
XIAMETER MEM-0039 Emulsion is a 35% actives non-ionic emulsion formulated with a polydimethylsiloxane. Because of its non-ionic nature it can be used in a variety of systems. It is recommended for mold release of rubber or plastic parts (stoppers, screw tops, bungs), lubrication of extruded rubber parts and conveyor belts, as a textile lubricant for yarn manufacture, sewing thread, hosiery and sewing needle lubrication and glass fabric exhaust filters, and in car and furniture polish formulations. Typical properties from Dow: water-based, non-ionic, pH 6.5 to 6.8, specific gravity 1 at 25°C.
