XIAMETER MEM-0037 Emulsion
Overview
XIAMETER MEM-0037 Emulsion is a silicone release agent: an anionic, 35% active emulsion based on high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is useful as a release agent in rubber molding and in producing shell molds and cores for foundry use, and it also provides a convenient means of applying a film of medium-high-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid to various other surfaces. It adds shine when used as an ingredient in vinyl and tire dressings and offers excellent release of rubber, plastics and metals. Typical properties from Dow: white, water-based emulsion, pH 7, specific gravity 0.997 at 25°C, shelf life 450 days.
