Overview

OKS 250 is a high-temperature paste on a ceramic basis for lubricating heavily loaded sliding surfaces. It is used for lubrication of highly stressed sliding surfaces, especially at low slip speeds or with oscillating movements, for example with screwed, mating or bayonet connections made of high-alloy steel or non-ferrous metals; for surface separation of temperature-stressed threaded connections such as at combustion engines and turbines; for corrosion protection at screws, pins, bolts, flanges, spindles and fits; and for stainless-steel connections. It is resistant to hot and cold water and also to most acids and lyes, offers excellent corrosion protection, contains Mox-Active for increased performance, and is metal-free. Also available as spray version OKS 2501. NSF H2 registered.
