MOLYKOTE 111 Compound

Overview

MOLYKOTE 111 Compound is a silicone oil and inorganic thickener compound used for lubrication of control and pressure plug valves, water softener and faucet valves, and as a sealant for vacuum and pressure systems and outdoor equipment subject to washing and harsh environmental exposure. It also serves as a damping medium for dash pots, an anti-stick sealant for transformer gaskets, and a lubricant for rubber and plastic O-rings, gaskets and seals. It offers a wide service-temperature range, excellent water resistance, compatibility with many plastics and elastomers, low vapor pressure and low volatility, and contains no intentional PTFE or PFAS. Meets NSF 51, NSF 61, FDA 21 CFR 175.300, WRAS (England), IPL (France), AS/NZS 4020:2018 (Australia) and HyCert (Germany).
