MOLYKOTE HP-300 Grease

Overview

MOLYKOTE HP-300 Grease is a fully fluorinated grease built for extreme operating conditions, using a linear PFPE base oil thickened with PTFE and incorporating PTFE as a solid lubricant. It carries BAM approval for use in oxygen-rich environments, remaining stable at pressures up to 50 bar at 60°C or 10 bar at 300°C, is compatible with most plastics, offers excellent stability at high temperatures, superior resistance to chemicals and solvents, low vapor pressure and minimal deterioration from oxidation. It suits assembly and run-in procedures, electrical equipment, highly corrosive environments, plastic and rubber component lubrication, rolling element bearings, valves, packings, seals and O-rings, and cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including hydrogen-exposed seals and threaded connections.
