Overview
MOLYKOTE AS-880N Grease is a silicone oil, silica-thickened light-consistency grease containing specially formulated solid lubricants. It is water-resistant, performs across a wide service temperature range from -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F), and contains no intentional PTFE or PFAS. It is designed to lubricate between metal-to-metal and metal-to-plastic components in disc brake systems, commonly applied between the brake pad and brake shim(s) to reduce and prevent squeal noise during braking, and also suits general noise and vibration isolation and plastic lubrication.
