Permatex Rust Treatment

Overview

Permatex Automotive Rust Treatment Spray provides a one-step treatment that encapsulates old rust and prevents new rust within minutes. It is brushed or sprayed on, and within minutes the rust is replaced by a durable black polymer coating that may be painted over. It is an excellent protective primer and is specially formulated to be used with body filler and fiberglass. It is fast-drying and can be used when the temperature is between 50°F and 90°F (10°C and 32°C). It is suited to encapsulating rust on automotive frames and underbodies.
