WEICON Cutting Fluid

Overview

WEICON Cutting Fluid is a high-performance cutting oil that contains no mineral oil. Thanks to its exceptionally high lubricating effect it enables higher cutting speeds, longer tool life and therefore greater cutting performance. It can be used for drilling, turning, milling, reaming, sawing, punching and thread cutting of all types of steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium and their alloys in all areas of industry. The transparent, nearly odourless, silicone-free fluid has a kinematic viscosity of 43 mm2/s at 40°C and 9 mm2/s at 100°C, a temperature resistance up to +200°C and a minimum shelf life of 24 months. It is applied undiluted, generously, by brush or by dripping it on.
