WEICON AL-F High-Performance Grease

Overview

WEICON AL-F is an all-round high-performance grease that can be used to lubricate roller and slide bearings, joints, levers, sliding guides, spindles, spline shafts, camshafts, open gears, worm gears and all grease lubrication points. Owing to its NSF H2 registration (Nonfood Compounds Program Listed, registration 136173; H2 per FDA 21 CFR), the grease is suitable for use in the food industry for equipment where there is no incidental food contact. The white, silicone-free grease is based on mineral oil with a lithium thickener, classified NLGI grade 2 (DIN 51502 KLF 2K -30), with a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C, a dripping point above +190°C, a density of 0.9 g/cm3, a base-oil viscosity of 100 mm2/s at 40°C and a worked cone penetration of 265-295 1/10 mm. Minimum shelf life is 24 months. It can be applied with a spatula or injected from the 400 g cartridge with a hand lever grease gun.
