CRC Food Grade Chain Lube

Overview

CRC Food Grade Chain Lube is designed to provide the convenience of aerosol application where incidental food contact may occur. It is a blend of synthetic lubricants and mineral oil that keeps roller drive and conveyor chains lubricated, penetrating, lubricating and protecting moving parts by reducing friction and wear. CRC states it is NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact (NSF No. 126481). The non-drying film effectively lubricates metal surfaces, and the formula contains anti-wear properties to extend chain life. It features the Perma-Lock 2-way integrated actuator that will not detach. It is a clear water-white liquid with a flash point above 187.8°C (370°F) and is supplied as a 12 wt oz aerosol. Applications listed by CRC include conveyor chains, packaging equipment, hoist chains, link and roller assemblies and forklift trucks.
