CRC Food Grade Machine Oil

Overview

CRC Food Grade Machine Oil is for use on food processing equipment. It penetrates to loosen rust, scale, dirt and corrosion to free parts and fasteners, and will not harm metal, wood, plastic or painted surfaces. CRC states it is NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact (NSF No. 017392) and meets FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3570. The non-silicone formula is virtually colorless and odorless (a clear colorless liquid with a thin, oily, non-drying film), and the product features the Perma-Lock 2-way integrated actuator that will not detach. It has zero VOC under the consumer product definition and a working temperature of 0°C to 148.9°C (32°F to 300°F). Applications listed by CRC include food processing equipment such as scales, fans, carts, galleys, bottlers, chutes, conveyors, racks, ovens, stoves, fillers, mixers, freezers, rails and cooking appliances. It is supplied as an 11 wt oz aerosol.
