DOWSIL 3145 RTV Adhesive Sealant

Overview

DOWSIL 3145 RTV MIL-A-46146 Adhesive/Sealant is a one-part, moisture-cure, non-flowing silicone adhesive with high tensile strength and elongation, enhanced thermal stability, and MIL-A-46146 Group II/III, TY I compliance. It requires no mixing and cures at room temperature without ovens, with faster in-line processing available via optional heat acceleration. It is used for sealing openings in modules and housings, adding mechanical stability to individual components, assembly of components on printed wiring boards (PWBs), sealing in and around wired and electrical leads, and yoke assembly. Composition is a one-part polydimethylsiloxane adhesive, applied by automated or manual needle dispense.
