WEICON Rust Protection 2000 PLUS

Overview

WEICON Rust Protection 2000 PLUS is a particularly corrosion- and weather-resistant surface coating based on ferric oxide (hematite). Highly-pure iron oxide pigments arranged in a flaky structure achieve permanent weather-resistant and water-repellent surface protection. It is used wherever metallic constructions or installations need long-term, visually appealing protection against extreme environmental and weather conditions, such as hall and steel structures, iron railings, lattice towers, fences, handrails, balcony grates, rolling gates and outdoor lights. Metal parts coated with it showed no corrosion after more than 2000 hours in a salt spray test.
