Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)

Overview

Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) is a two-component paste-grade repair system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers, used for repairing and rebuilding machinery and equipment. When cured the material is durable yet fully machinable using conventional tools. Also used as a high-strength structural adhesive for bonding metals or creating irregular load-bearing shims with good electrical insulation characteristics. Typical applications include shafts, hydraulic rams, bearing housings, keyways, engine blocks, casings, pipes, tanks and flange faces. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for contact with potable water.
