Overview

MOLYKOTE Cu-7439 Plus Paste V1 is a long-term lubricant for machine components exposed to high loads, high temperatures and corrosive environments. It combines powdered copper, a partly synthetic oil and an inhibitor. It is very adhesive, resistant to water washout, has low evaporation and no drop point, and gives good pressure resistance and corrosion protection. It suits areas that need protection against water, steam and corrosion, such as brake mechanisms, flange seals, exhauster bolts and threaded connections, and allows trouble-free disassembly after long service intervals in steel works, glass manufacturing, refineries and petrochemical facilities.
