Overview
Loctite 561 is an off-white, wax-consistency anaerobic thread sealant in a self-feeding applicator stick, designed for locking and sealing pre-torqued metal pipes and fittings where a liquid or paste is hard to apply. It develops controlled low strength for easy disassembly and fluoresces for coverage inspection. NSF International certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for potable water systems not exceeding 82°C.
