Loctite 55 Thread Sealing Cord

Overview

Loctite 55 is a general-purpose, non-curing pipe thread sealant wound from its dispensing container directly onto the threads. It provides an immediate full-pressure seal on metal and plastic tapered pipe threads up to 4" NPT, allows readjustment of up to 45° after tightening without leakage, and is typically used in applications up to 149°C.
