WEICON Anti-Seize Ceramic Paste

Overview

WEICON Anti-Seize Ceramic Paste is a metal- and silicone-free synthetic high-performance assembly paste for universal use. The ceramic paste is resistant to high temperatures, has an exceptionally good release effect and is suitable for any material. It contains no free metals and is compatible with stainless steel and other nickel alloys, with no chromium-6 formation. It is especially suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should not be used for health reasons, and when dark metal-containing products should not be used for visual reasons. It provides excellent release, protection and lubrication even at high temperatures and high pressure, and very good protection against corrosion, wear and extreme weather. It is used on bolts, screws, stud bolts, pipe connections, nuts and mechanical seals, typically in chemical plants, oil refineries, power stations, paper mills, steelworks, foundries and shipping. The white paste has a polyalphaolefin base, a density of 1.2 g/ml, is free from calcium hydroxide, and has a temperature range of -40°C to +1400°C with a minimum shelf life of 24 months.
