WEICON AL-M High-Performance Grease

Overview

WEICON AL-M is a long-life grease with MoS2, offering high adhesive strength and high pressure resistance. It permanently reduces friction and wear and is suitable for roller and slide bearings, joints, levers, sliding guides, spindles, camshafts, spline shafts, springs, open gears and worm gears, at all sliding speeds permitted for grease lubrication. The black, silicone-free grease is based on mineral oil with a Li/Ca soap thickener and MoS2, classified NLGI grade 2 (DIN 51502 KF 2 K -20), with a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C, a dripping point above +170°C, a density of 0.92 g/cm3, a base-oil viscosity of 160 mm2/s at 40°C and a worked cone penetration of 265-295 1/10 mm. Minimum shelf life is 24 months. It can be applied with a spatula or injected from the 400 g cartridge with a hand lever grease gun.
